In applying a sealer coat to the wood strips I have found that some of the wood soaks up alot of resin and some of the wood doesn't soak up hardly any. Is it necessary to keep adding more resin until the wood doesn't soak up any more? Or is it better to wet out the wood and leave it? If the latter case then will it continue soaking up more resin when the glass is applied and wet out?
