Agreed, the Prijon Yukon fits the bill very well, and it isn't as flat bottomed as the Edisto. Necky has been trying to hit this market with the "surf,manueverable,high/low volume boats" Looksha Sport,Santa Cruz, Gannet, etc
If one was going for the glass boats then the Mariner Coaster is a great choice for this category with the bias towards ocean/surf paddling.
