If all you have is a seal coat and no glass, it would be a good idea to place the deck on the forms while you glass. Until you get one side glassed, the deck is fragile and can be flexed out of shape. Even after the outside is glassed, you should still be careful with it, and make sure it's in the right shape before glassing the inside.
