Posted a similar question to the CLC BBS, Tom, although I was asking about Interlux's one part polyurethane primer. The responses so far have all been favorable, and, for what it's worth, that seems to be what INterlux recommends for priming for its one part enamel, as well. (Don't know if they recommend against using a two part primer --- only that they do seem to recommend the one step stuff.) It comes in gray or white, I think the number is 4279, and it's not a high build primer, but appears to be a harder but easily sandable finish. One strong suggestion from one or two users was to roll it on with a foam roller vs. brushing it on, but they didn't say why.

For better responses, you can check it at the CLC web site, clcboats.com, and check the BBS.
