As posted above - no I'm not associated to them just a very satisfied customer - try Lee Valley Tools for the jig - and priced in Canadian dollars!!
Also, you might want to check out Leonard Lee's own book on sharpening - get it from the library first, but I suspect you may find it becomes a standard text for teaching.
