I have the first fill coat on a strip boat, and I am getting some amine blush. It is not cleaning up with soap and water, even after scrubbing vigerously with a scotch brite. I tried some liquid hand soap with hot water and some pine sol.
With the weave still exposed in several parts of the boat I am hesitant to sand the blush off. Any soulutions from you folks? I was wondering if a solvent would cut through the blush. I have a can of the West System solvent. Would that cut into the epoxy too much? The epoxy was just spread on last night, so the blush may be worse tomorrow. I was really hoping to get the last fill coat on tonight. Thanks for the help. I'm going to go get a bad night's sleep. Pete
