I don't tink it will be that hard to use a saw and block plane. You can be very accurate with the plane. It saves you buying a router. If you have a router you might use it. I can't really comment on how easy or accurate it is with a router. I just bought one a couple of weeks ago, and I'm just getting used to using it. (everything in the garage now has a nice rounded edge!) Why pay the extra dough to save a few minutes?
