Why sacrifice a tyvek suit? The garbage bags are more available, and way cheaper. If you want to the foam to remain in the boat for some reason, cut a hole in a plastic garbage bag, and wear it like a skirt (or a kilt, if you prefer) As you note, if it sticks to the plastic you will have to cut yourself out of it, but that should not be too difficult.

The fit may end up being a bit tighter if you simply glass over this, due to the thickness of the glass, but you can easily expand the fitted area of the seat with a few minutes of gentle sanding.
