I was kinda figured you needed to do it by hand...argh!!!

NO but I'm glad you told me.

Actually I was thinking of using a rudder similar to one used on a sharpie. read HUGE, given the sail area. The other possibility is to use the tandam centerboards to steer. Picking up either the front or the rear depending on whether I wish to steer into or away from the wind.
