Oh yeah another varnish question. A quick one. Do I have to use a special spirit to thin Z-spar Captains Varnish. Can I use regular paint thinner? I can't find their product but do need to thin it to get it to smooth out. The can says if have to do 10%. Posts on the board speak of thinning with quite a bit more.
