Hi Mike,
Right before I applied the varnish I sanding the Deck interior with 80 grit ROS but I guess that was not an effective way to remove Amine Blush. Can you fill me in on what Epoxy Wash is made of? The System 3 Epoxy guidebook mentions soapy water and a scrubbing pad. I do not remember them refering to Epoxy Wash.
