$51.50US($77.25CAN?) isn't a great deal, but it isn't bad. I'm assuming that 4 kg (8.8lb) is about a gallon.

I bought my epoxy from Raka Epoxies. I paid $180 US for 6 gallons. I have no complaints about this epoxy--it's worked great for me.
