I just finished building the Mill Creek 15. It has only been on the water twice, the first in a small pond and the second on a large lake. I have documented my initial impressions of the boat's performance on my web page(see link below). It may help answer some of your questions.

From the responses you have already received, it sounds like the Mill Creek 13 may be a little more stable, but slower.

It is my opinion, and another that tried my boat, that the seat is very comfortable!

I found this bulletin board extremely valuable during the building of the Mill Creek. I do not think I ever had to post a question, because the answers were already here!
