Mr. Jacobson provides a posible solution, whether he intended to or not. What if you were to sheath the wood with Kevlar on the inside, fiberglass on the outside, prior to assembly? Basically you would cut out yor panels from a pre-finishd composite. Any Thoughts? Mark
