These compartments were not made for access. The bulkheads are as far forward and aft as I thought I could get away with, and still provide the flotation. Storage is in the cockpit. I cannot reach the aft one easily through the cockpit, and barely can reach the forward one. I may be able to install drain tubes though, esp. if I run them out a little ways for plug access. Shoulda thought of that...
