I'm getting a lot of use out of my 4 year old Clark Craft catalog. It has two pages with 14 different patterns for boats such as you describe. Ooops. one of them has bent frames, and a few are longer (up to 17 feet), or shorter (down to 11 feet) so make it only 6 patterns that actually meet your specs. At the time I got the catalog the plans were priced at $26 US, which seems to be a pretty modest cost. These were designed for canvas covering, probably because that was the only durable fabric around when they were first drawn, but you can use dacron, nylon or anything else you want. You can get a catalog from their website: www.Clarkcraft.com
Hope this helps.
