With the measurements provided, I layed out the hull outline of the bulkhead on the plywood. I then created a template (can be cardboard, stiff paper, scrape plywood, etc.) with the radius dimensions provided in the drawings (or wooden boat mag). Make sure each template is longer than the beam dimension of the bulkhead. Then, each template was layed on the corresponding hull outline and the top edge points of the shear line were connected.
