I think the easiest way would be to turn it over and set it on the sheer clamps. Then it is readily apparent if it's twisted. Sight down the centerline; the tip of the bow should be in line, and the tip of the stern also. Use a dab of glue here and there to hold it together, then turn it over and fillet the inside seams. Alternatively, you could hang it rightside up from the sheer clamps. Ive done this both ways, and I think it's a little easier rightside up. In either case, the four points that the sheer sets on should be symmetrical on the boat, and in the same plane (level).

Picture two planes; one containing the four point the sheer is on, and a perpendicular plane going through the keel. Also, the side panels at the chine should be symmetrical to each other so the the vee in the hull is even on both sides. This lining it up is the trickiest part, take your time. If there is a mistake it's not the end of the world; I ran my Cape Charles about three feet into the bandsaw from the stern and reglued it. A handsaw would be easier...

If the resin is crystallized, warm it up in hot water and it will be fine.

I think probably the hardest mistake to fix is in the epoxy mixing and bonding. Luckily that doesnt happen too often. It's a good boat, I dont think you can do a lousy job. Just take your time, and feel free to post questions.
