I concur with Nick, the Forrest blades are very expensive - but cut incredibly smooth and fast (had Delta and Frued blades before).

If you are just going to cut strips and not use the saw much, go for the cheap 7 1/4 blades. If you are going to do strips and other serious woodworking spring for the Forrester.
