I know past discussions have minimized the theft issue. I do wonder if other people have concerned themselves with insuring their boats against theft or other incident. I know after 800 dollars give or take and too many hours of work to think about I would be a little upset if my newly built craft disappeared from the roof of my car or yard. Homeowners covers up to $500 on boats, generally. If theses crafts are up around 2 Gs does anyone believe it is prudent to do so. The quote I got was 43 dollars for the year with a 250 deductible.
