Best Back Bands and Adj. Foot Braces?

I see a wide range of prices when it comes to Back Bands. Does anyone have any experiences (good or bad) with various Back Supports?

Also, what are some of the better Adjustable Foot Braces? Two important features for me would be:

1) A Foot Brace that adjusts easily while sitting in the Kayak

2) Solid support in a locked position.
