Some ideas:
Break the plaster. It will leave a mess.
Or try covering it with saran wrap or other thin plastic sheet. after the resin cures, break the plaster and it will be mostly captured in the plastic wrap.
A more flexible mold (or tha saran wrap) can be peeled back, breaking the bond between it and the resin.
Some people blast air between the mold and the molded object, `Popping' it out of the mold.
