I was able to find a french curve shaped cabinet scraper in a woodworking catalog from Constantines - I don't have their phone number handy right now and don't know if they have a web presence. I would imagine you could find a woodworking supply place on line that would have a similar product. If you can't, let me know and I will dig up Constantine's phone no.
I should also note that I just put the final coat of epoxy on the outside of my hull this morning and have not yet tried the scraper on the inside - I am hoping it works well. If it does not, I will try the method shown in CanoeCraft - squash 2-3 inches of soft foam underneath the sanpaper on a 1/3 sheet orbital sander, creating a rounded sanding surface.
