Columbia Urethane Hardener Product # 11-800-xx Description: An aliphatic urethane that improves hardness, adhesion, color, gloss retention and chemical resistance of a wide variety of products.

Frequency of recoating varies for me. I keep my boats indoors and heated. Depending on use of the craft it might be every year or every other year.
