I believe that all two component polyurethanes use an isocyanate hardener (nature of the beast)and as a result are very toxic. I don't know about the single component products.

Usually 2-3 coats are applied if sprayed. Ultra violet radiation doesn't affect these products at all so recoating will only be caused by abrasion and this stuff is tough.

In another post I mentioned prepping your boat and then taking it to an autobody shop to be sprayed. They can all apply it and are trained in its use and safety considerations.
