I believe the people who use 1/8th inch strips on a regular basis use the same router bits as are used with 1/4 inch strips. Just do your best to center the cut on the edge of the strip.
Really thin strips like 1/8 inch don't need lot of rounding over in the first place. You could consider using square edged strips, or ones that are beveled by hand when they are installed. (Really a pretty quick operation with such thin stock)
