Great looking boat. I've been toying with the idea of a Mill Creek to use as a play boat. I have a CLC Cape Charles 18 that suits me fine for most of the paddling I do. However, a group of guys I go with maybe twice a year, like to do some mild rapid stuff. I was thinking of using 1/4" luan as well. Do you think that type could take an occasional scuff from the rocks without too much harm? What did yours weigh in at? Maybe Kevlar? Man, got them wheels turin' again, too bad it's gettin' cold here now.
