Sea Kayaker magazine has plans/instructions for a traditional Greenland skin-on-frame kayak back in their Winter 1992 and Spring 1993 issues. The articles were done by Chris Cunningham; I think I've seen his name on a few of these posts in the past. Sea Kayaker is out of stock of these back-issues, but I got photocopies of both for $3 each, I think.

One of the neat things is that you create your boat to your own dimensions.
