I think it is more a problem of a little courtesy on the part of Pygmy and CLC that we are looking for. If they do like the suggestions I or someone else is giving them, they may politely refuse. I think the responses I and others have gotten show a HUGE lack of what should be common courtesy.

It does seem to be a thing of the past. I am VERY likely to return to and suggest a place to others if I am treated well. I am much less likely to suggest someone go to someone who treats people rudely.

As a matter of fact, I have steared people away from the place I dealt with for my kayak for that exact reason. They can continue to be rude, but their business will suffer.

This is more for the benefit of the businesses than it is a rant or a flame. They want to be perceived like they are, that is their right.
