I got my wife a Perception - Shearwater ( think that is the model or it's Bluewater). It has a graphite ferule and weights about 2 lbs. It's really nice but I find the blades flex more than i like in hard paddling. I use the other model - it wights about 2.5 lbs , has larger blades and doesn't flex as easy. I tried to find correct model online but couldn't get and matches.
