> opening. I may be a barbarian, but I use Luan plywood. I think it's lighter than 3 inch foam and cheaper and readly available. I use the small cockpits so I like the additional stiffness it gives behind the cockpit opening. If you want to do this, email me and I'll tell you how I put the front one in. Basically a filet on both sides, no glass.
