THE STRIP BUILT KAYAK, by Nick Schade arrived a few days ago and im pretty impressed. He's an engineer and it shows thru in the competency of the content. Putting kayak building aside for the moment, its the most informative read I've had on kayak handeling characteristics - period.

Gotta go out and buy a band saw now, among other things.
