Rattle cans of spray spar varnish?

I am still in the planning stages on my second boat, but a thought occurred to me:
I work in the construction industry, and do a lot of work with one of the local paint shops. They premix custom-colored enamels for us and put them in rattle cans.
Does anyone think it's feasible to buy, say, a gallon of spar varnish and have it put in rattle cans. No mixing, no paint drying out in the can, no bristles in the varnish, no brush marks, no dirty roller pans, (and the way I apply finish with a brush--fewer runs and sags), plus easier touchups.
Thoughts?
