I just completed a cart to carry my Cheasapeake LT 17. Beats carrying when the mosquitos are swarming at the takeout and you're there ahead of your ride! I based mine off the design at www.clcboats.com/shoptips05.html (click link below). I used 12 inch pneumatic wheels with plastic spokes from Northern for additional ground clearance and off-road capability while still fitting in my rear hatch.
