Tom,

The "plans" are in the October '98 issue of Sea Kayaker Magazine. The kayak is about 10 feet long with a 25 inch beam weighing 13.5 to 18 pounds as described in the article, but exact dimensions are up to the builder. It looks like it might be a good kid's kayak or a good surf kayak for adults.
