Thanks for your help. Things are now going together nicely. I made a tool to locate the wire holes. This lets me keep the holes exactly 4 inches apart and 3/8 inches in. I put wire holes in the bottom panel first then stitched both ends of my bilge panels together. Now I was able to spread the panels and fit them into the correct locations, mark where the corresponding holes should go and drill them. With it laid out like this I was able to start inserting 18 gauge copper wires at one end and work my way to the other. It worked out fine and I didn't have to redue anything. Now I have to install the two bulkheads and then stitch in the two shear panels. Thanks again.
