Nick has updated the offset tables on his errata page: http://www.guillemot-kayaks.com/Book/Erratta.html which includes the missing tops of those forms. I built without the tops, but if I were to do it again, I'd probably include at least the top of form 8 to keep from getting a bit of a flat spot in that area (on either side of the front of the cockpit). It's not really that noticible, but I know it's there.
