I didn't use cold cure epoxy - but I did use slow cure in 30-45 degree F. weather. The epoxy will cure in about 3 days. I have had no problems with either kayak I built. At freezing the curing process seems to stop - any heat you can add will help. some 100- 200 watt bulbs inside an overturned hull helps. plastic tarps.
