I found some at the local tent & awning dealer. Anywhere that has vinyl coated polyester (drybag material) should also have the clear vinyl.
I made 10 drybags from scraps my local store sold me for $15. Of course, I also spent $12 on pvc cement and $10 on buckles. Then, this summer, I found Seattle Sports seconds for $5 apiece. (Thanks Ed Valley!)
