My copy of Kayakcraft came last week. Yes, the offsets for Endeavor 17 are in there and, as luck would have it, the book is full of pictures of the author building one. If you like wood and woodworking, you will like the boats in Kayakcraft. They are "heavier" on the hard wood with more of a traditional look. His idea of leaving a hard wood stem piece exposed is appealing. He says you don't need to fiddle with overlapping the 'glass over the ends with that chunk of wood there. The looks are appealing and may actually save weight if you were planning on extra abrasion resistance there anyway.

The book has a nice materials section at the beginning with some interesting data about various layup alternatives w/ strength / flexibility information - I certainly am not going to start that thread again. I recommend the book.
