I used particle board for forms for a stripper canoe and was very dissatisfied with it. I can't see that anything except perhaps solid-core plywood would and that would be terrribly expensive. When I do another stripper I'm going to use particle board again but I'm going to screw softwood 1x2's to the forms before cutting them out and staple to the softwood. Good luck. Tom
