what to do when the epoxy don't dry ?

Yesterday I epoxied the inside of the shear clamp. this morning I see that it didn't dry. I guess someting went wrong with the epoxy. so what do I do now ? do I need to epoxy on top of that ? or do I need to remove the wet layer first ? I have no idea how to remove the wet epoxy layer, so any help is appreciated.
