Paul,
If you don't have a medical connection, I'd try your neighborhood feed store, which will have syringes and needles for veterinary use. You only need a little bit, so something like a 3 cc syringe with an 18 or 21 gauge needle would work (unthickened epoxy can be drawn into the syringe through the needle so you don't have to pour it into a small syringe).
