I left it for few days with a 60W lamp inside the hull. in some places it was still tacky, so I wiped it with acetone. I checked all the suspected areas & it's dry under the glass tape, so I will not need to scrape it. it still looks bad with all the bubbles, but I don't intend to fix it until I convert the kayak to "Take-A-Part".
