Thanks for the syringe offer, I won't be needing it but thanks anyway. After reading the responses to my post, I realized that I had a spare syringe that could do the job. It's one of several given to me by a vet for feeding my wife's pet parrots their medication.

One syringe came with a #20 needle, which was too small to suck up the epoxy, but I was able to load the epoxy from the other end. I injected the epoxy into the void by sliding the needle into the crack between wood surfaces. It came out very slowly, but it did flood back out of the void so I think I got a good epoxy fill. I then clamped the epoxied area and hopefully all will be well tomorrow when it is dry.

A #18 needle would probably have been ideal, and a #22 needle probably wouldn't have passed any epoxy.
