I had my truck's bed sprayed with Rhino-lining and it is some tough stuff. It's my understanding that the spray on rubber coatings can be bought in spray cans at auto parts stores (That's how my dad sprayed his truck).

I was thinking that it would be a great idea to spray this inside the hull on the floor where the sand from my feet will grind into the fiberglass and varnish. I would only spray on a thin layer. Has anyone tried this and is there anything bad about this idea that I'm not thinking about?
