I raided some local house building sites and found enough OSB ( oriented strand Board) and 2x4's to build a 3ft by 16 foot table( some of the pieces were only 2 ft by 3 ft) and four saw horses to go under it. It works out fine for the strip building I'm doing. It may not be wide enough to lay out the Pygmy kits but I find that 3 ft is all by back wants to reach across to work on the middle of the kayak.
