In the "Baidarka Instruction Manual" put together by Craig Kelford I see that he installed a drain plug in the stern end of the keel to drain water from a Dyson Baidarka. I'm not sure whether it was a 6.6m double or 5.28m single.Has anyone had experience with installing such a plug with respect to usefulness and leakage. If your experience has been positive, some pointers on how to install it would be appreciated.I am in the process of covering a 6.6m boat and would like to use this idea if it works.
