Once you make a seat you could cut the back and hinge it to make it adjustable. (Or had that been your plan all along?) OH, I just took another look at the seat mold before posting this and realised that the seat back will be fastened to the boat so you won't be able to do this.

You could also incorporate a water bottle holder into the space between the thighs.

Hey, we don't want you to finish this mold too soon, so we'll keep throwing ideas at you until you get sick of us and make some seats. :o)
