I'm thinking I'll just use a small backband above the back of the seat. It's not really high--just as high as my lower hips.

Or I can shove a paddlefloat and my kayak repair kit down there. I'm thinking there will be a nice space beside the hip braces for storing my bilge pump.

Actually, this mold is done as you see it! It has 2 layers of glass on it that will become my main mold. Nice try, though! {:P Shawn
